a) How you pay a Direct Document Order

1. Your order

  • Add the selected articles into the shopping cart
  • At any time the SHOPPING CART will display your orders
  • After you have finished your document selection go to the SHOPPING CART
  • Click the button "Order now"

2. Your Address

  • Enter your address information
  • All fields marked as required must be filled out
  • Tick "I have read the » terms and conditions and I accept them" to proceed
  • Click the "continue" Button

3. Canadian Customers pay HST

  • Canadian customers: please enter your HST Identification Number

4. Paying Method

  • Click the "Pay by PayPal" Button
  • Follow the PayPal payment instructions
  • After successful payment you will have access to the required document or in the event the document requires customizing, you will be provided with a questionnaire. Once completed, it will be used by our staff to customize the manual to your organization. All ordered documents/manuals will be sent to your e-mail address!

b) How you pay an Online Consultancy and Training

First Step:

  • Click on CONSULTANCY or TRAINING request.
  • Enter your detailed question or request in the related text box.
  • Enter you contact data
  • Activate or deactivate the checkbox for e-mail copying of your inquiry to your e-mail address.
  • Click on the "SEND INQUIRY" button.
  • An order confirmation will be displayed to show you, that your inquiry has been sent successfully.

Second Step

  • Shortly after submission of your order you will receive by e-mail a detailed consultation or training offer with a fee estimation and further details.
  • Please read our terms and conditions carefully.
  • You will receive a PayPal® money transaction e-mail with the calculated fees for your online service query.
  • If you do accept the consultation and/or training fees, please transmit the payment following the instructions given in the PayPal® e-mail request.
  • You will receive the requested consultation or training information to your e-mail address within 72 hours after payment transaction has been completed successfully.
